Hall of Fame

The Cedar Springs High School Athletic Hall of Fame was created in 2019 by the Athletic Leadership Council to honor former athletes, coaches, administrators, volunteers, and supporters for outstanding achievement.

Honoring Excellence
The Red Hawk Athletic Hall of Fame celebrates exceptional athletic accomplishments of former Red Hawk athletes, fostering a sense of pride, honor, and respect within our community.

Legacy Strengthened
This initiative strengthens the Cedar Springs High School athletic legacy by publicly recognizing individuals or groups who have made a lasting impact. Their influence inspires current and future athletes in our district.

Core Values
Through this program, we instill values of commitment and ensure long-term recognition for those who have contributed significantly to our athletic heritage.

Nomination Form

Nomination Process

  • Board Members meet, after the nominating deadline
  • Nomination forms are made available to Board Members prior to the meeting for their review.
  • Each Board Member has one vote
  • In order for a nominee to be granted admission into the Cedar Springs High School Hall of Fame they must receive a number of votes that are equal to, or greater than, 75% of the vote by the Board Members.
  • Nominations will be discussed in an alphabetical, or chronological, order as determined by the Hall of Fame chairman.

The voting outcome will be shared with Board Members only. If, in the opinion of the Board Members (as evidenced by a failure to obtain at least 75% mentioned above), no nominee in a particular year is worthy of election, so be it; it is not necessary to induct new members every year.
